Before every stage, you receive a binding written proposal. It sets out the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, duration and total investment. Both sides therefore know what will be delivered, who is responsible for what and how acceptance will be assessed before work starts. No stage begins without an accepted proposal.

The Audit takes 2 weeks, the Blueprint 3–4 weeks. Implementation happens module by module: each module goes live individually and is measured — you see impact per module, not only at the end of the project. We deliberately do not quote a blanket total duration: it depends on your processes, and invented numbers are not our style.

You do. Always. All code created specifically for your project and all of your data belong to you — with no technological dependency on Arthova, no vendor lock-in. It is one of our five principles and it is written into the terms and conditions.

AI systems are not a one-off installation: models change, data changes, your business changes. The AI Partnership (minimum 6 months) keeps your system productive: operations, monitoring and quality checks, model updates and a quarterly review with management. A realistic horizon is 6–12 months.

Yes. Every stage delivers a standalone outcome. You review it against the agreed acceptance criteria and decide stop or go. You receive a new proposal for the next stage. We only recommend and start implementation when the Blueprint presents a defensible business case.

Before work starts, scope and acceptance criteria are recorded in the written proposal. If those criteria remain unmet for reasons attributable to Arthova after the agreed remediation, we refund the fee for the affected stage under the agreed guarantee terms. The promise covers our delivery — not unknown future P&L effects, missing client-side cooperation or external disruption.

No. We build inside your existing systems, with your data. A platform migration is not part of our work — on the contrary: your existing workflows and tools are the ground on which impact grows.

Then we say so. If we see no added value, we do not recommend AI — that is the rule we work by. In that case the Audit ends with an honest executive summary instead of a sales pitch.
