The agency
New connections. Dependable operations.
Arthron refers to connection; nova to what is new. Arthova connects strategy, people, data and systems into AI that earns its place in the day-to-day business.
The name
Arthron + Nova. Connection with accountability.
The name describes our work: creating a new, durable connection between a business decision and its day-to-day execution. That includes people, processes, data and existing systems — not just a model.
The workflow leads; AI works at clearly defined points. Decisions that cannot be delegated stay with a named human role. This turns technical possibility into a controllable, traceable system.
How we work
The people who plan the work also build it.
We work with Swiss companies that want to improve a consequential workflow — from regulated organisations to owner-led businesses. You speak directly with the people accountable for analysis, implementation and operations.
We build inside your existing systems and with your data. Project-specific code, repositories, documentation and access remain with you. A long-term partnership should be a deliberate choice, never a technical dependency.
Every stage ends with a standalone outcome, agreed acceptance criteria and a stop/go decision. Where a defensible number exists, we name it with its provenance. Where it does not, we do not invent one.
What you can hold us to
Decide first. Then build.
We do not promise magical AI. Before implementation, we clarify the business objective, data flow, responsibilities, human decision boundaries and measurement. We build only once those connections can hold.
If Arthova is no longer needed later, the system, documentation and runbook must keep working. Good support creates operational confidence — and the freedom to continue without us.
Pro bono
AI should not be reserved for the biggest players.
That is why we deliberately reserve part of our capacity for non-profit organisations — with the same care, the same technology and the same commitment as in every paying project.
Let’s see whether it fits.
The intro call carries no obligation and ends with a concrete assessment — even when the right answer is “not yet”.
