Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Principle

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law (Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP). This website deliberately uses no advertising trackers: no marketing cookies, no tracking pixels, no sharing of data for advertising purposes.

Controller

The controller is Schatz Labs (sole proprietorship), Switzerland, operator of the Arthova brand.

The active public contact address and postal address will be added to the Legal Notice before launch.

Contact form

Once the contact form is activated, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry. The data is transmitted to our form service provider and is not used for any other purpose.

Self-assessment and Readiness Brief

The self-assessment and voluntary deepening initially run locally in your browser. Only when you actively request the Readiness Brief by email are your email address, four answers and voluntary details sent to our delivery provider. The service sends the brief once to you and at the same time as a disclosed service copy to Arthova so the result can be matched correctly and delivery can be traced. Without your separate voluntary choice, there is no follow-up about this result, no advertising and no newsletter. If you activate the contact option, Arthova may contact you once about this specific result.

Appointment booking

Once appointment booking is activated, we use the Cal.com service for intro calls. When the booking area loads and when you make a booking, the data you enter (name, email, chosen time slot) is processed by Cal.com. Cal.com's privacy policy applies.

WhatsApp

Once the WhatsApp channel is activated, clicking the corresponding button opens WhatsApp on your device. The privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta) applies. Using it is optional.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time of access, page requested, browser information) is processed in server logs. This data serves solely to keep the website secure and stable.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. To exercise these rights, please use the contact details listed in the Legal Notice.

Changes

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
