The Arthova System breaks that bet into five stages. Each answers one concrete question, delivers a reviewable outcome and ends with a deliberate stop or go. Nothing gets built until the business case stands up.
Before every stage, you receive a binding proposal setting out scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and total investment.
Why stages instead of one project?
Because no one can know at the start what will be right at the end. The Workshop shows what works today. The Audit shows WHERE the opportunity lies in your company. The Blueprint shows HOW it gets built — including ROI in three scenarios. Only then do we implement: module by module, highest ROI first, each one live and measured individually.
Every stage stands on its own. You review the outcome against agreed acceptance criteria and decide stop or go. Only a newly accepted proposal starts the next stage; implementation begins only on the basis of a documented business case.
